3. How We Disclose Information
PlanPro360 does not sell personal information for money.
We may disclose information in the following circumstances.
Service Providers
We may provide information to companies or individuals that perform services on our behalf or help us operate our business, such as website and hosting providers, payment processors, email or communications providers, database or technology providers, property-information or assessment resources, professional advisers, and other vendors supporting our services.
We provide or permit access to information as reasonably necessary for those providers to perform services for us or on our behalf.
Property and Assessment Resources
Providing a property assessment may require PlanPro360 to use information from or interact with third-party property, mapping, zoning, governmental, public-record, data, technology, or research resources.
Information about a property or proposed project may be processed through such resources when reasonably necessary to research, prepare, review, or deliver the service requested.
Referral Customers
Some customers may receive a PlanPro360 offer through an independent home dealer, business, or other referral source.
When a particular referral offer expressly informs you that PlanPro360 may provide the referring company with a copy of your completed assessment or other specified information, and you acknowledge that disclosure as part of the offer or ordering process, we may provide the information described in that disclosure to the referring company.
We do not treat every PlanPro360 customer as a referral customer, and purchasing a service directly from PlanPro360 does not by itself authorize us to provide your assessment to an unrelated dealer or referral source.
Legal, Safety, and Business Purposes
We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; investigate or prevent fraud, security incidents, or misuse; protect the rights, property, or safety of PlanPro360 or others; enforce our agreements; or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
We may also disclose or transfer information in connection with an actual or proposed merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, change in ownership, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.
With Your Direction or Consent
We may disclose information to another person or organization when you request, direct, authorize, or consent to the disclosure.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
PlanPro360 does not currently use advertising pixels or behavioral-advertising technologies on its website.
Our website, hosting provider, payment processor, or other service providers may use cookies or similar technical mechanisms that are necessary or useful for website operation, security, payment processing, session management, fraud prevention, or other service functionality.
If PlanPro360 later adopts analytics, advertising, or other tracking technologies that materially change our privacy practices, we may update this Privacy Notice and provide any notices or choices required by applicable law.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or for other legitimate business purposes, including providing and documenting our services, maintaining transaction and assessment records, responding to customer questions, resolving disputes, protecting against fraud or misuse, enforcing agreements, and satisfying legal, accounting, tax, insurance, or recordkeeping obligations.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the nature of the service, our operational needs, and applicable legal requirements.
When information is no longer reasonably necessary for these purposes, we may delete, anonymize, or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with our practices and applicable law.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information in our possession or control.
However, no website, electronic transmission, database, or information-storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should use appropriate care when transmitting information electronically.
7. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
You may contact us to request that we update or correct certain personal information you have provided to us or to ask questions about our handling of your information.
Depending on where you reside and which privacy laws apply to PlanPro360, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information. Where applicable, we will respond to properly submitted requests in accordance with applicable law and may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
Nothing in this Privacy Notice is intended to provide rights that do not otherwise apply under applicable law.
PlanPro360 does not currently sell personal information for money or use personal information for behavioral advertising.
8. Email Communications
We may send transactional or service-related communications concerning your order, property submission, assessment, customer-service request, or other interaction with PlanPro360.
If PlanPro360 sends promotional or marketing emails, you may opt out of receiving those marketing communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the message or contacting us. Opting out of marketing communications will not prevent us from sending non-promotional communications reasonably necessary to provide a service you requested or administer an existing transaction or relationship.
9. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our website or services may contain links to or interact with websites, platforms, payment processors, data resources, or services operated by third parties.
PlanPro360 does not control the privacy or security practices of independent third parties. Information you provide directly to a third party is subject to that party's terms and privacy practices.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of third-party services you choose to use.
10. Children's Privacy
PlanPro360's services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13 through our services. If we learn that we have collected personal information directly from a child under 13 in circumstances requiring parental consent, we will take appropriate steps consistent with applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, business practices, legal requirements, or other circumstances.
When we update this Privacy Notice, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. We will provide any additional notice or obtain any consent required by applicable law when a change materially affects how previously collected personal information may be used or disclosed.
