PriceGuard Snapshot

A broad development-cost range based on standardized estimating assumptions and information gathered through your BuildSmart or Site Select analysis. You'll receive the overall range along with major assumptions, cost risks and important unknowns.
Full PriceGuard
I want a detailed, property-specific projection with contractor review.
A detailed property-specific development-cost projection. Full PriceGuard uses the property and project information already established through BuildSmart or Site Select, then adds property-specific cost research, measurements and quantities, fee and utility research, and contractor review and verification before delivery.
Snapshot vs. Full PriceGuard
Upgrade credit: If you purchase a PriceGuard Snapshot and later upgrade the same property/project to Full PriceGuard, the $99 already paid applies toward the $349 Full PriceGuard price.
Scope: Both PriceGuard products cover development costs only. They do not include land purchase price, home purchase price, factory options, stick-built home construction contract price, financing, or an overall all-in project cost. When crane or special access is applicable: Separate quote required — obtained by customer.
